Oliver Halter

Oliver Halter is a Partner in Diamond’s Healthcare practice and also co-leads the firm’s Information Advantage service line. He has most recently focused on operational data strategies, customer data integration, and multi-channel integration initiatives to enhance the customer experience at Fortune 500 companies.

Oliver’s experience includes designing IT architectures for business-to-business and business-to-consumer e-commerce, and leading complex billing systems and enterprise application development and integration projects. Oliver also specializes in master data management and enterprise information management strategies. He has published papers on customer data integration and he frequently speaks on that topic as well as customer-focused business and technology processes. Oliver leads Diamond’s technology competencies that focus on information-centric technologies and best practices of data management.
